The International Festival “Murcia Three Cultures” commemorates the V Centenario “Addresses Jondas”

Moradas JondasThe Murcia Three Cultures Festival, in its sixteenth edition, will be devoted to V Centenary of Birth of St. Teresa of Jesus. The festival will pay tribute to the premiere concert own creation, "Addresses Jondas", where flamenco is the language chosen to show the poetic work of the Holy.

It twelve compositions that collect the bulk of the poetic production of the Holy and especially the topics of love for the divine where the torn soul living on earth banished emphasizes meet and feel nostalgia for a higher life, united to God, Beloved.

Flamencologist Antonio Parra has been in charge of selecting and adapting literary flamenco. Adaptation addresses a wide range of flamenco styles, from mining songs, the soleá, Tangos, tonás, and fandangos. Also written a poetic theme is presented by Antonio Parra, that evokes the figures of Santa Teresa and John of the Cross.

The voice of the concert is the responsibility of Curro Piñana, one of the best singers of his generation, who is accompanied by his brother, guitarist Carlos Piñana, and percussion maestro Miguel Angel Orengo.
