The Jorge Guillen Foundation will make a special publication by the V Centenario
Bishop Garcia Burillo, Bishop of Avila, tomorrow will present their latest Pastoral Letter, which will focus on the celebration of the V Centenary of the birth of Saint Teresa of Jesus and for that reason is titled a phrase from the "Book of Life" Santa Teresa: "It seemed always walk beside me Jesus".
Specifically the title is excerpted from chapter 27 Book of Life, and defines the feeling of Holy Jesus was with her and this made it easier to carry out the great goals that she was proposed, especially the reform of Carmel and its 17 foundations.
With this Pastoral Letter, Bishop Garcia Burillo aims to bring spirituality of St. Teresa, as well as the teaching of Pope Francis, “for true spiritual renewal in order to live on mission, as she did and as Pope us insistently demand today”.
The presentation will be held Tuesday 10 March, to 19 hours, in the Bishopric (Square Teniente Arévalo, 5). Admission is free until all places.
