Exhibition "Footprints and purple. Santa Teresa in Palencia "to mark the V Centenario
On the occasion of the V Centenary of the birth of St. Teresa of Jesus, will premiere 'Teresa. Miserere joyful 'on Thursday 12 March at the Municipal Auditorium in San Francisco de Avila.
'Teresa. Miserere joyful 'is about the struggle of a woman, vehement and passionate against time, restless and wandering woman is portrayed from his love of reading to the sweeping mysticism and whose relationship with divinity is not based on fear, but in love.
The show, directed by Luis Miguel García, It is designed in four scenes and is not intended to capture the biography without further, although often uses his own words to embody a believable character, fiercely humano, so the protagonist moves from scene to scene at war with its contradictions and conflicts that life and experience deparan you.
The work conducted two performances at the Miguel Delibes Cultural Centre in Valladolid, as 18 and 19 April.
This show is one of the 15 Performing activities organized by Castilla y León occasion of the V Centenary of the birth of Saint Teresa.
